Call 815-547-5307 for more details CORPORATE WELLNESS PARTNERSHIP The Belvidere Family YMCA is committed to helping employers promote healthy lifestyles in its employees through our newly expanded Corporate Wellness Partnership. Our primary focus is on preventative care and lifestyle management. Corporate services include blood pressure checks, wellness presentations, fitness assessments and orientations to the Fitness Center. PHOTO POLICY The YMCA occasionally takes pictures of our members and participants to use in various marketing materials. If you do not wish yourself or family members to be photographed, please step out of the photo or notify photographer before the photo is taken. Membership Fees

• The Belvidere Family YMCA turns no one away due to financial status. Financial Assistance is available. Please ask for an application if you feel you need help financially.
  
  Otherwise, payments are accepted through monthly bankdraft, cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. Monthly bankdraft option NOT available for Financial Assistance memberships.
  
  
• As a member of the Belvidere Family YMCA you will be entitled to use the pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym, free-weight room and conditioning center. In addition to these privileges you will receive reduced rates on all of the life-changing classes the Belvidere Family YMCA has to offer, free babysitting service, and a reciprocal membership agreement to use the Rockford and Beloit YMCA's with no additional fees.
  
  
• A one time Joiner Fee of $85.00 is charged to all new Adult, Family, Single Family & Senior members. The Joiner Fee does not apply to the Youth or Young Adult Memberships. New members and current members that have let their memberships lapse more than 30 daysmust repay the Joiner Fee.

FACILITY POLICIES

• Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a parent unless in babysitting or a structured program.
  
  
• Boys 6 and up must use Men's Locker Room.
  
  
• Girls 6 and up must use Women's Locker Room.
  
  
• An adult must accompany children under the age of 13 after 7:00 P.M.
  
  
• Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.
  
  
• For your health and safety NO SMOKING is permitted in the building.
  
  
• "Program Members" are not members of the YMCA but participate in programs by paying an additional fee.
  

ID REQUIREMENT

• Members must present their YMCA ID at the entrance to gain access to the facility. This policy is for your safety and that of other members. It also provides our staff with the opportunity to get to know you. Lost cards must be replaced. The first card will be replaced free of charge, any card after that will cost $5.00. A photo ID (driver's license or school ID) is required to purchase a replacement card.

GUEST PASS POLICY

• Non-members are allowed to use the YMCA facility. To use the Fitness Center, one must be 19 years or older.
  
  Daily Fee: Adult: $10.00   Youth/Young Adult: $5.00

PROGRAM REFUNDS

• Program refunds will be granted with the following:
      1. Medical excuse signed by doctor.
      2. Class is cancelled by the YMCA.
      3. Bank Draft Error
  No refunds or make-ups for classes that fall on Holidays or for weather related cancellations.
  
  

A.W.A.Y.

• YMCA's across the country provide A.W.A.Y. services to traveling YMCA members at no cost or a reduced fee. The A.W.A.Y. plan is subject to each local Y's policy. The Belvidere, Stateline and Rockford YMCA's look forward to serving you through our reciprocal membership agreement.

FACILITY RENTALS

• YMCA facilities are available for rentals. For more information, please call 547-5307.

BABYSITTING SERVICE

• Available for newborn to 8 years.
  2 hour limit for children under the age of 3
  Parent/Parents must be in the building.
  
  
  • Free to Members
    $2.00 per hour per child for Program Members
    
  • Three (3) hour limit.

  FITNESS CENTER/WEIGHT ROOM

  • The Fitness Center is open to members 13 years of age and older. Orientations are available to members at no charge. Call 547-5307 and ask for the Fitness Center to schedule an appointment with one of our trainers. Personal fitness assessments that include cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and body composition (body fat percentage) testing are also available by calling Cherie at 547-4761
