FREE YOUTH MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
This Program is for a limited time only. It is for
Youth in Belvidere and Boone County ONLY.
Neither Family or Single Family Members can be converted for this program.
The YMCA Scholarship Program will still be offered for all other
membership types. Proof of Residency is REQUIRED
for Membership and child must be accompanied by a
parent or guardian when registering.
